Warranty and Returns
- WARRANTY -
Ekstrom Design and Fabrication Corporation provides a No Hassle Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original purchaser/owner of the vehicle on which the product was originally installed for defects in material and workmanship on products manufactured by Ekstrom Design and Fabrication Corporation. However due to the nature of some suspension components, some products are subject to normal wear and tear and therefore the Limited Lifetime warranty does not apply to those items. Leaf spring bushings, Heim Joints or Heim Joint Boots, Moving or Pivoting parts are all considered wearable items and do not fall under this coverage. All other items are covered by our No Hassle Lifetime Warranty unless clearly stated.
IMPORTANT WARNING! Limitation of Liability
Installation of a lift kit or “lifting components” will raise the center point of gravity on the vehicle which the kit/components are installed and they will make the vehicle more likely to tip over when turning, or when driving on uneven terrain on or off-road.
Installers / owners, and operators must follow instructions and warnings exactly to avoid damage to the vehicle, other property, or serious bodily injury or death to oneself or others.
The user is knowingly modifying the suspension system of the vehicle and assumes liability for any damage it could cause. Improper installation or misuse of any product manufactured or sold by Ekstrom Design and Fabrication Corporation could result in property damage, injury, or death to the driver, passenger, or bystanders.
The user of these products must know that they require more frequent maintenance and care when compared to the factory suspension. Disregarding the maintenance schedule will cause the products to prematurely wear and could lead to eventual failure. If the components within the suspension system or accessories become worn, the safety and reliability of the vehicle is at risk. The maintenance of aftermarket equipment that ensures the vehicles occupant’s safety, is entirely your responsibility. Do not purchase from Ekstrom Design and Fabrication Corporation if you are unwilling to accept this responsibility.

We offer a 30 day return from the time you receive your order. A 25% Restocking and Inspection Fees will apply to all Returned items

If any parts come back damaged in shipment, you are solely responsible for filing claims for the damage and/or shipping costs associated with returning the parts back to you. We will not accept or give any credit for parts that are not returned to us in new condition.
Any parts that come back damaged, installed, or deemed to not be in new condition will not be accepted. Products damaged during the return shipping process back to Ekstrom Design and Fabrication Corporation are the full responsibility of you and the shipping company in which you choose. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the parts back to you if you desire to do so.
Receiving your refund
Ekstrom Design and Fabrication Corporation tries to process all returns within 48 hours of receiving your return.
ALL refunds carry a minimum restocking fee of 25% from the original purchase price.
All returned items must be unused, non-installed, new, and in sale-able condition.
Any and all shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
If you are returning your product for a refund please allow up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your account.
Refunds will only be credited to the original purchaser and the original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.)
MAGNUSON MOSS WARRANTY ACT
US Code - Title 15, Chapter 50, Sections 2301-2312Legally, a vehicle manufacturer cannot void the warranty on a vehicle due to an aftermarket part unless they can prove that the aftermarket part caused or contributed to the failure in the vehicle (per the Magnuson Moss Warranty Act (15 U.S.C. 2302(C)) . For best results, consider working with performance-oriented dealerships with a proven history of working with customers. If your vehicle manufacturer fails to honor emission/warranty claims, contact EPA at (202) 260-2080 or www.epa.gov. If federal warranty protection is denied, contact the FTC at (202) 326-3128 or www.ftc.gov.
